• Upon full payment, ownership of delivered work will transfer to the client unless otherwise specified.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding business information, project details, and proprietary processes.

6. Limitation of Liability

NazManir Digital Agency is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Losses due to service interruptions, delays, or technical issues.
• Outcomes from advertising campaigns, as results depend on multiple factors beyond our control.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• Refunds are considered case by case, depending on work progress and commitments.
• Paid amounts for completed work or non-refundable deposits will not be returned.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools and platforms (e.g., hosting, ad platforms, plugins). Clients agree to abide by their terms as well.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.

10. Changes to Terms

NazManir Digital Agency may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
